Referral Program

Foxhound Systems offers a referral program that rewards individuals and organizations for referrals of potential clients that convert to paying clients. Anyone is eligible to participate in this referral program, subject to the terms defined on this page.
Referral payment structure
You (the referrer) will receive:
- 20% of the first invoice payment that the client pays to us
- 10% of all subsequent invoices that the client pays to us that we send to the client within 180 days of contract signing
Payout terms
- Referral payments are only made after we have received payment from the client and the payment has cleared.
- Payments will be processed within 30 days of receiving and clearing the client’s invoice payment. If multiple invoice payments are expected, you may request a combined payout at the end of the 180-day referral period.
- The referrer is responsible for any tax obligations related to the referral payments.
- Payment will be issued domestically to U.S. referrers via ACH or other domestic payment method. International referrers may receive payment via wire transfer.
- The referrer will pay all payment fees related to payment for the referral (via applicable deduction from each referral payment).
Example
You refer a client on January 1, 2025. The client signs a contract with us on February 1, 2025.

Additional referral terms
- Referrals must be made through email, message, in-person communication, or any other method of introduction.
- Each client may only be referred by one individual or entity. Referral attribution is on a first-come, first-served basis. If another party refers the same client before you, their referral will take precedence.
- To qualify as a valid referral, the referred client must sign a contract with us within 180 days of your referral.
- You will receive a notification when a client you referred signs a contract within the 180-day referral window. You will also be notified when we receive their first invoice payment.
- Existing clients can choose to apply their referral rewards as a credit toward future invoices. By doing so, you will receive an additional 5% in absolute referral value, increasing the referral percentage to 25% on the first invoice and 15% on subsequent invoices within the 180-day period.
